Claims Adjuster - Shop Manager

Position Overview:
The Auto Body Shop Manager will oversee daily shop operations, manage workflow, and lead a team of technicians to ensure repairs are completed on time and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and hands-on industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of technicians and shop staff
• Coordinate and optimize incoming workflow to prevent bottlenecks
• Ensure vehicles move efficiently through all stages of repair
• Inspect parts upon arrival to verify accuracy and quality
• Maintain and enforce shop systems, processes, and procedures
• Perform quality control checks on completed repairs
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and insurance adjusters
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service
• Monitor productivity and maintain shop performance standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in auto body shop management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of auto body repair processes and materials
• Experience working with insurance claims and adjusting
• Ability to identify workflow issues and implement solutions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license required
