Overview
The Gallagher National Risk Control Team is now the Gallagher Claims and Risk Consulting Team. This new team is equipped with experts, processes and solutions to help you meet the evolving nature of risk. As risk evolves, so has Gallagher with tools and programs to help you proactively meet these challenges now and in the future. Gallagher's Claims and Risk Consulting team includes more than 100 safety and risk control professionals across the country with in-depth knowledge of current and emerging regulations, safety and health management, and operational exposures.
How you'll make an impact-
Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Claims and Senior Claims Advocates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Provide guidance and support to team members in managing their claims portfolios, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and professional development sessions to enhance team capabilities and career growth.

Client Advocacy and Claims Management:
-
Act as an advocate for complex clients, providing expert assistance, coverage advice, and monitoring of large and intricate claims.

Document all pertinent activity related to claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Consult with clients and brokers on claims and coverage issues, offering tailored solutions and strategic advice.

Facilitate and attend client meetings and claims reviews to maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Claims Resolution and Negotiation:

Review all new problematic or complex claims for designated clients and formulate actionable plans to achieve favorable resolutions.

Negotiate changes in reserves to drive positive client outcomes, as appropriate by line of coverage.

Actively research and obtain claims information from clients and carriers, ensuring timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders.

Client Reporting and Communication:

Provide status reports to clients as required by applicable service plans, ensuring transparency and alignment with client expectations.

Review action plans and reserves with consideration for client costs, delivering insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes.

Strategic Oversight and Problem-Solving:

Monitor and manage large and complex claims, leveraging expertise to navigate challenges and deliver exceptional results.

Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously enhance claims management strategies.
About You-
5 years of relevant claims experience, with adjuster experience preferred

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including responsiveness

Excellent analytical, time management, and organizational skills, including ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage large volumes of information
