Vaco has partnered with a company looking for a Claims Analyst to handle reimbursement claims for mortgage loans with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, and RHS. In this role, you will review loan histories, reconcile advances, compile documentation, submit claims, and track reimbursements.
This is a fully remote, contract opportunity paying up to
$29 per hour
, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:

Review loan histories and reconcile corporate and escrow advances

Compile documentation, invoices, and supporting information to prepare claims

Submit claims using internal and government systems for reimbursement

Reconcile claim funds and expenses to ensure all amounts are captured

Post claim funds to the appropriate accounts/advances
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage default servicing or claims processing

Knowledge of investor/agency guidelines (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, RHS)
