Our portfolio spans property, onshore energy, power generation, political violence and terrorism risks. To support our expansion, we are seeking a Property & Casualty Claims Analyst to join our growing global team.


Reporting to the Head of Claims, you will be responsible for managing claims across a broad portfolio covering ANZ, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and beyond. This role involves overseeing claims end-to-end, ensuring each claim is assessed accurately in line with policy terms and company guidelines. The role requires thorough investigations, clear communication with brokers and third parties and proactive loss analysis to support our underwriting team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Register and process new claims promptly in line with company procedures
  • Review policy coverage and documentation, liaise with adjusters and legal advisors as needed
  • Maintain professional communication with brokers, clients and other parties throughout the claims process
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all claims activities within internal system
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations
  • Identify claims trends and provide feedback to the underwriting team
  • Negotiate settlements within authority limits and escalate complex matters where necessary


What we’re looking for


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in reinsurance claims handling
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple claims simultaneously
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities to handle complex or disputed claims
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Experience in the UAE or regional markets is preferred
