Insurance Officer

RAJ Group is hiring an Insurance Officer with Medical background, who has hands on experience in the all the medical insurance policies, including policy management, claim processing, client communication, and billing, while ensuring compliance with insurance company procedures and industry standards. Key responsibilities include managing member additions and deletions, processing claims and endorsements, coordinating with clients to ensure proper documentation, and maintaining good relationships with insurance providers and internal accounting teams.

Medical Insurance Policy Administration:

• Manage employee medical insurance policies, ensuring all staff have appropriate coverage.
• Handle enrollment, addition of new & renewals, deletion and any other changes in medical insurance plans.
• Address employee inquiries and issues related to medical insurance.

Property Insurance Oversight:

• Oversee property insurance policies for company assets, including office buildings and other facilities.
• Ensure all properties are adequately insured against risks such as fire, theft, and natural disasters.

Workman Compensation:

• Administer workman compensation policies to protect employees in case of workplace injuries.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Process claims and coordinate with insurers to facilitate timely payouts.

Liability Insurance Policy Management:

• Manage liability insurance to protect the company against potential legal claims.
• Ensure coverage is adequate and policies are updated as necessary.
• Handle claims and coordinate with legal teams to manage any disputes.

Claims Processing:

• Oversee the claims process for all types of insurance, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
• Liaise with insurance companies to expedite claims and resolve any issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all claims and track their progress until resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance management, preferably within the transportation or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and industry practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance management software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
