As an Individual Contributor, you will focus on directly engaging with clients, understanding their financial protection needs, and offering tailored life insurance solutions.

Position: Life Insurance Sales Executive (Individual Contributor)

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients in the Dubai market
• Sell life insurance products aligned with individual client requirements
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Provide expert guidance on policy options, benefits, and terms
• Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage follow-ups

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in Life Insurance Sales
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and independent worker
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE insurance landscape (preferred)
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
