Health Insurance Advisor (Insurance Broker/Company Experience Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on medical insurance plans tailored to their needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle: quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and after-sales support.
• Leverage your own client portfolio + company-provided leads to grow business.
• Cross-sell other insurance products where relevant.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, policies, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Stay updated with UAE insurance market trends & regulatory changes.

Requirements
Applications from hospital/clinic insurance coordinators will not be considered.

• Must have prior experience in an insurance company or insurance brokerage (UAE).
• Proven sales track record in medical insurance with an existing client portfolio.
• Strong understanding of Dubai insurance regulations and broker tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven.
