Senior Sales Associate (Outbound Sales- UHNW Lead Generation)

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Senior Sales Associate to join a reputed and established wealth management company in Dubai, to generate and qualify meetings with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) individuals for the Founder. This is a high-volume outbound calling role with clear daily activity and performance targets. The ideal candidate will bring a background in bancassurance or insurance sales, with bonus points for exposure to jumbo life products.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, enjoys outbound calling, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding measurable goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 120-200 outbound calls per day to UHNW and HNW prospects from provided lists and referrals
  • Secure 12-20 qualified meetings per month for the Founder, ensuring prospects are engaged and ready for meaningful discussions
  • Conduct discovery conversations to qualify prospects based on wealth level, interest, and timing
  • Manage outreach activity in CRM, ensuring accurate logging of calls, meetings, and client interactions
  • Maintain compliance with UAE telemarketing regulations, including consent and do-not-call processes
  • Provide daily activity reports and weekly conversion metrics (calls, connects, meetings booked, meetings held)

Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services telesales
  • Proven track record of meeting outbound sales targets and booking qualified meetings
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging HNW/UHNW clients
  • Exposure to jumbo insurance products preferred
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a high-activity environment
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
