Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of the Bupa Pro CX agenda across providers and regions.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for CX governance forums.
  • Coordinate monthly CX meetings with providers, CX, and TQM teams (agenda, MoM, follow‑ups).
  • Track CX action plans, CLF call outcomes, and NPS performance.
  • Support communication and updates with CX and Quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution and tracking of PA & Claims Protocol FTD committee actions.
  • Assist in monitoring PA, MCU, and Claims CX performance and action closure.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and trackers.
  • Coordinate meetings with PA, MCU, and Claims leaders and follow up on assigned actions.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting related to FTD, NPS, and operational KPIs.

Skills


  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Ability to prepare presentations and write reports
  • Experience or capability in meeting coordination, scheduling, and MoM documentation
  • Strong follow‑up and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Arabic
  • Willingness to learn healthcare CX, PA, and Claims operations
