As part of our Property & Casualty team, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout the claims process, delivering exceptional service and helping drive positive outcomes.
We are seeking a Property & Casualty Claims Consultant to manage claims from notification through resolution while providing expert support and advocacy to corporate clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder management, and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class client experience.
You will work closely with clients, insurers, adjusters, and internal teams to ensure claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with applicable regulations and internal guidelines.

Manage Property & Casualty claims throughout the full claims lifecycle.

Receive, record, and administer claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

Conduct preliminary coverage reviews and coordinate with insurers to support claims handling activities.

Prepare claims reports, summaries, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

Participate in client and insurer meetings to review claim status, trends, and resolution strategies.

Monitor complex claims and escalate issues when appropriate.

Maintain claims data and records within Aon systems.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Partner with Client Service, Placement, and Commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Identify opportunities to enhance claims processes and improve the client experience.

2–4 years of experience handling Property & Casualty claims.

Experience working directly with corporate clients and insurance carriers.

Experience managing multiple claims simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Understanding of Property & Casualty insurance policies and claims processes.

Knowledge of Property, General Liability, and Auto claims.

Familiarity with policy wording, coverage interpretation, and claims documentation.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
