Claims Management Executive (UK-Based)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Management Executive to manage and coordinate vehicle insurance claims for our UK operations. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between insurance companies, passengers, and drivers, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional handling of all claims. This role requires excellent communication, strong administrative capabilities, and confidence in using computer systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end vehicle insurance claims for UK-based operations
  • Communicate professionally with UK insurance companies, claims handlers, and assessors
  • Liaise with passengers and drivers to collect accurate claim-related information
  • Prepare, review, and submit claim documentation, statements, and reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records in internal systems
  • Draft professional emails, reports, and correspondence related to claims
  • Follow up on claim progress, resolutions, and settlements
  • Ensure compliance with UK insurance processes and timelines
  • Handle administrative tasks related to claims, including data entry and record management
  • Coordinate internally with operations and management teams when required

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (UK professional standard)
  • Strong email drafting and documentation skills
  • Proven administrative and organizational abilities
  • Confident in computer system handling and CRM or case management systems
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Professional attitude when dealing with sensitive or high-pressure situations
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
