Pay structure: Base salary plus commissions (Combined average $65,000 - $75,000+)

Are you a problem-solver who loves helping people? As a Claims Specialist at Rhoden Roofing, you’ll guide customers through the insurance claim process for roof replacements and advocate for them every step of the way. This role is perfect for someone organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver great results.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with customer insurance claim records and job folders
• Complete in-house supplementing for new claims
• Update project boards and process completed job folders
• Communicate with sales reps, production teams, and inspectors
• Stay informed on city code updates and ensure compliance
• Follow jobs through completion, close-out, and invoicing

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Patience and resilience to navigate complex insurance processes
• Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
• Experience in roofing or insurance is helpful but not required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• Knowledge of insurance claims process and Xactimate/Symbility software preferred
• Experience in construction industry preferred
