Senior Claims Adjuster Workers' Compensation state of Nevada -minimum 5 years experience

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Claims Adjuster – Workers’ Compensation for Nevada at JME Claims LLC. As a Senior Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing and investigating workers’ compensation claims in Nevada. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting thorough reviews of claims, assessing liability, determining coverage, negotiating settlements, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will work closely with claimants, employers, attorneys, and medical professionals to gather information and ensure timely resolution of claims. Adjuster responsible for calculating wages. Multi-state experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an indemnity claims adjuster in workers’ compensation minimum 5 years experience
• In-depth knowledge of Nevada's workers’ compensation laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in claims processing
• Proficiency in using multiple claims management software systems
• Nevada workers’ compensation adjuster license required
• Professional certifications in workers’ compensation are a plus
