Are you ready to lead and inspire a team of workers comp claims adjusters? As a Claims Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You’ll manage workloads, guide team performance, and foster a collaborative environment where everyone thrives. How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll:
  • Supervise and support a team of claims adjusters, ensuring they meet goals and deliver outstanding service.
  • Lead hiring efforts and provide training to help adjusters succeed.
  • Use tools like FOCUS and the Claim Operation Tool Kit to monitor performance and address challenges early.
  • Collaborate with clients, carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Set clear team goals, motivate your team, and create opportunities for their professional growth.
  • Ensure all team members maintain the necessary licenses and certifications.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
  • A high school diploma and 10 years of workers comp claims experience.
  • Licenses and certifications for all states where claims are handled, or the ability to obtain them.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for coaching and developing team members to help them grow.
  • A commitment to delivering consistent and flawless client service.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Position is fully remote in Central Time Zone. Candidates in Arkansas preferred, not required.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
