HGV Class 2 Driver - Ready-mixed Concrete

Are you an experienced HGV Driver in Wymondham looking for an exciting new opportunity? Look no further! Eastern Concrete is on the hunt for a skilled individual to join our dynamic team.

This full-time role offers 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including paid breaks. Annual salary of £33,555.60, plus overtime rate of £19.07.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to a variety of customers in Suffolk.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and keep your truck in top condition.
• Work in accordance with safe practices and legislation with regards to Driver Hours and the Working Time Directive.
• Complete required paperwork with good attention to detail.
• Assist Plant Supervisor as required.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Hold a Class 2 HGV Licence with Driver Qualification Card and Driver CPC.
• You will need to be enthusiastic, reliable and customer focussed.
• Excellent time and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to build and retain positive internal and external relationships.
• Knowledge of East Anglia would be beneficial.
• Flexible in your approach and willing to learn all aspects of the business to carry out various duties.
