Class A CDL Driver

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various destinations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle various types of freight. The Truck Driver will operate different types of vehicles, including flatbeds and tractor-trailers, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles, including flatbed trucks/tractor-trailers.
• Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Plan routes effectively to meet delivery schedules while considering traffic patterns and road conditions.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding transportation and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by being professional and courteous.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
• You must be able to operate a combination of vehicles with a Gross Combination Weight Rating (GCWR) of 26,001 points or more, provided the towed vehicle is heavier than 10,000 pounds.
• Interstate Driving: You must be at least 21 years old to operate a Class A commercial vehicle across state lines (load from Arizona to California).
• Intrastate Driving: You can be 18 years old to operate a Class A vehicle within your state.
