Class A CDL Driver

CDL A Truck Driver
Weekly Pay $1,100–$1,550 | Home Weekends | Regional | No-Touch Freight
Location: Columbus, OH 43004

Drivers in this role earn between $1,100–$1,550 per week depending on miles and experience. Pay is consistent, with additional compensation for detention and layover when applicable. Benefits begin after 30 days and include medical, dental, vision, retirement options, and paid vacation.

Weekend home time is built into the schedule. Drivers run throughout the week and return home on a predictable cycle without extended time out on the road. This structure works well for drivers who want steady income and regular time off.

Freight runs through Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, and surrounding states. Loads are dry van and 100% no-touch, with a mix of drop and hook and live deliveries. Dispatch works ahead to keep drivers moving and reduce wait time between loads.

Equipment includes late-model Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions and inverters. Trucks are maintained regularly, and drivers can take them home if parking allows.
