Full Job Description:

• Drive a tractor-trailer combination or a truck with 26,000 GVW capacity to transport and deliver products and materials.
• Required to package products for delivery and load and unload trucks.
• Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is in good working order.
• Maintain logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations.
• Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment for services when required.
• Check all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate.
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from the loading crew and checking that the vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned.
• Secure and a willingness to pitch in and help fellow team members with bills of lading to determine assignment details.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles.

Required Experience:

• Requires a commercial driver’s license CDL.
• Must have a clean driving record as well as 2 years of truck driving experience.

Required Education: High School Diploma or GED

Required Characteristics:

• Must be motivated and willing to come in early or stay over when necessary to achieve production goals.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in and help fellow team members achieve production goals.

Wages: $22.00 - $25.00

• You will have an opportunity to earn an additional $1.50 an hour
