Class Action Associate

Boutique litigation firm based in Miami, Florida seeks an associate of 1-5 years of experience with an interest in prosecuting high-stakes class actions in the consumer protection, data privacy, and antitrust fields.

Responsibilities will include briefing complex legal issues in federal and state courts, performing advanced legal research, attending court hearings, depositions and mediations at locations throughout the country, and developing innovative theories for new cases.

Candidates should have superior writing and research skills, a creative intellect, and an entrepreneurial drive. A judicial clerkship is preferred but not required. Compensation will meet or exceed the market for associates at other plaintiffs-side firms, and will include performance-based origination bonuses capable ofsignificantly increasing total annual compensation.
