Our Human Resources Division is seeking an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) or Staff Services Analyst (SSA) to help CalPERS sustain our diverse, high-performing workforce. In this dynamic role, you will partner with leadership across the organization, empowering them to achieve their program goals through the State classification process. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding leaders in interpreting and adhering to State personnel laws, regulations, and policies, while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence. Effective July 1, 2025, The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025). PLP 2025 directs that each employee shall receive a 3 percent reduction in pay in exchange for 5 hours PLP 2025 leave credits, monthly. The salary range(s) included in the job advertisement do not reflect the 3 percent reduction in pay.
