Duties

- Manage classroom behavior effectively using behavior management techniques to create a safe and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, school activities, and administrative tasks related to education administration.
- Mentor new teachers or interns by sharing best practices in classroom management, lesson planning, and working with children of various backgrounds.
- Incorporate library services and resources into lessons to promote literacy and research skills.
- Support early childhood education initiatives by applying principles of childhood development and Montessori or other specialized teaching methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced certifications preferred.
- Valid teaching certification or license relevant to the educational level being taught.
- Proven classroom experience demonstrating effective classroom management and lesson delivery.
- Strong communication skills for working with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators.
- Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment strategies.
- Experience working with children with diverse needs, including special education or early childhood education settings.
- Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital tools for instruction.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual needs.
- Demonstrated skills in proofreading, writing skills, and developing engaging instructional materials.
