Location: The Learning Experience - Bushwick
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
Support early literacy, math, and problem-solving skills
Maintain structured classroom routines and positive behavior guidance
Supervise and mentor assistant teachers
Observe and document developmental progress
Communicate regularly with families regarding milestones and classroom updates
Maintain compliance with state childcare licensing requirements
- Previous preschool teaching experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
Excellent communication and classroom leadership skills
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
