Substitute Teachers – Pacific Coast Montessori Academy

Are you loving, dependable, and full of energy? We are seeking caring Substitute Teachers to join our Montessori community and support our classrooms. This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a positive impact on their early development.

What You’ll Do

• Step in to provide classroom coverage when staff are absent
• Support the daily schedule and foster activities that meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of children
• Work collaboratively with our dedicated teaching team to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
• Bring enthusiasm, patience, and joy to the classroom each day

What We’re Looking For

• A warm, caring demeanor and a genuine passion for working with children
• Dependability and the ability to follow directions while staying focused on tasks
• Early Childhood Education (ECE) units are preferred but not required
• Must have/currently obtain Livescan clearance and a health screening (including TB test)

Compensation

Pay is based on qualifications and the positions available for coverage.
