Rainbow Bridge Learning Center is seeking a caring, reliable, and passionate Full-Time Preschool Teacher to join our growing early childhood education program in Buffalo.

We provide a supportive, multicultural learning environment focused on social-emotional development, early academics, and school readiness.

Job Details

• Position: Preschool Teacher
• Location: Buffalo, NY
• Schedule: Monday–Friday

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Pay: $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate preschool activities
• Support children’s language, social, and cognitive development
• Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
• Supervise children during classroom and outdoor activities
• Communicate professionally with families and staff

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 3–5 preferred
• Early Childhood Education background preferred
• ESL / ENL experience is a plus
• Strong classroom management skills
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented

Preferred (Not Required)

• CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• UPK or childcare center experience
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
