Classroom Teacher for Preschool (Females Only)

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated Teacher for our Primary Montessori Classroom (ages 3-6) and 18 months to 3years who is committed to upholding the Montessori philosophy. The ideal candidate will bring experience, enthusiasm, and a love for guiding young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Montessori methods and materials in alignment with our curriculum.
• Create a nurturing, engaging, and orderly environment conducive to learning.
• Observe and track students' progress; maintain accurate records and reports.
• Collaborate with fellow staff and communicate effectively with parents.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and joyful learning atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a Montessori setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Classroom Management
• Knowledge of Computer skills
• A genuine passion for working with children.
