Cleaning Public Spaces:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
Maintaining Cleanliness Standards:
- Ensure lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and other public areas are always neat and presentable.
- Report maintenance issues like broken fixtures, lights, or spills.
- Guest Assistance in the Store.
- Greet and assist guests when needed in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for cleaning or additional supplies in public areas.
Stocking and Supplies:
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report inventory needs or restock housekeeping closets as required.
Health & Safety:
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning chemicals safely.
- Adhere to hygiene and infection control policies (especially in healthcare or food-service environments).
Team Collaboration:
- Work with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales teams.
- Follow supervisors’ instructions and complete checklists or daily assignments.
