Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across our facility. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, ensure all areas are spotless, and adhere to safety guidelines while performing their duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Duties: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas, including hallways, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Surface Care: Wipe down and sanitize surfaces such as desks, countertops, and other furniture.
• Restroom Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and replenish supplies in restrooms regularly.
• Trash Disposal: Empty trash bins and recycle as necessary; ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Floor Care: Maintain the cleanliness of carpets, tiles, and other floor coverings by vacuuming, mopping, and spot cleaning.
• Window Cleaning: Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors to maintain a clear, streak-free surface.
• Supply Management: Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and notify the supervisor when supplies are low.
• Health & Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Occasional Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including high-touch surfaces, deep carpet cleaning, and furniture maintenance.
• Reporting: Report any maintenance or repair issues (e.g., broken equipment, plumbing issues) to the appropriate department.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies, tools, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment, supplies, and waste.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and move for long periods.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Working Conditions:

• This role may involve occasional evening or weekend shifts.
• Must be able to work in a variety of environments (e.g., office buildings, industrial sites).
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,800.00 per month
