Office responsibilities:
Overall office presentation
Keeping facilities, boardroom, and common areas clean and maintained
Maintain clean work environment and kitchen areas (including wipe down countertops and cabinet fronts, scrub the kitchen sinks)
Clean all the appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle)
A dusting of furniture, benches as well as cleaning windows and doors
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors (outside work hours)
Emptying dishwasher and putting crockery and cutlery away
Collect and dispose of waste
Weekly grocery shopping
Attendance to staff supplies (breakfast bar, fruit, etc.)
Notify Office Manager of any repairs required
Other Office Administration duties may be required.
Housekeeper Responsibilities:
Clea kitchen, bathrooms, rooms – dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
Deep clean carpeted and non-carpeted areas, soft furnishings and bedding; fixtures and fittings; windows and walls
Clean kitchen surfaces, large and small equipment, including microwave, oven, and fridge
Collect and dispose of waste
Report maintenance issues
Maintain security of bedrooms and contents
Be responsible for a set of keys and ensure the security of locking up
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
