PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized office environment ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of all employees and visitors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform daily cleaning of office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, corridors, and common areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors.
  • Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, washbasins, and pantry areas.
  • Dust furniture, equipment, shelves, and fixtures.
  • Empty and dispose of trash from all bins regularly.
  • Ensure cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and partitions.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and request supplies when needed.
  • Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions.
  • Prepare meeting rooms before and after use (cleaning, organizing chairs, etc.).
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in basic office support tasks when required (serving tea/coffee, arranging office materials, etc.).

Working Hours: As per company policy.

  • Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and punctual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
