Location & Contract

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaning attendant to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across residential common areas and underground parking facilities in Dubai Silicon Oasis. This is a demanding part-time, 10-hour shift role requiring commitment and a strong work ethic.

Working Hours

• Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Total Shift: 12 hours (including 1 hour for a dedicated break)
• Working Hours: 11 hours

Key Responsibilities

The attendant will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of assigned areas, which includes:

Apartment Common Areas

• Daily Maintenance: Thoroughly clean all residential common spaces, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and amenities.
• Floor Care: Perform daily sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of all floor surfaces.
• Surface Cleaning: Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, railings, and other surfaces.
• Touchpoints: Clean glass, doors, and frequently touched areas to maintain hygiene.

Parking Facility

• Upkeep: Regularly maintain the cleanliness of the building's underground parking facilities.
• Sweeping: Perform routine sweeping and upkeep of all parking floors and ramps.
• Litter Control: Clear all litter and debris from parking spaces and common paths.

Operational Standards

• Equipment Care: Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly, maintained, and kept in good working order.
• Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety and sanitation standards set by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience as a cleaner, housekeeping attendant, or in a similar manual labor capacity is preferred.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of standing, walking, lifting, and performing strenuous cleaning duties for the full 10-hour shift duration.
• Reliability: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to completing the full 1-year contract.
• Communication: Ability to follow and implement verbal and written instructions from management and to report maintenance or safety concerns effectively.
