Cleaner Rental Property

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic Cleaner for Rental Properties to clean a 3/2 cabin in Bushkill. You would be responsible to make sure the house is fully cleaned for the next arriving renters. Includes making beds and cleaning linens using the washer/dryer at the house.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of the house, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet spot cleaning when and where needed to sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to meet health and safety standards.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. There are no renters' or owners' belongings.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, entryways, and shared amenities across the property.
• Use janitorial supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and proper disposal procedures.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks or reporting repairs needed to ensure property upkeep.

Skills

• Proven experience in rental cleaning or custodial work within property management or hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation practices and floor care methods.
• Ability to handle laundry equipment and clean linens.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and products.
• Basic understanding of janitorial procedures and safety standards related to sanitation and cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
• Put trash cans and recycle cans out for pick up and pick up empties once a week.

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
