Cleaner/Helper (local higher)

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all areas of cafe, including dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces, in compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards preferred
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment (mops, scrubbers, vacuum cleaners)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
