Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
• Make beds and change linens
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture and floors
• Replenish toiletries, towels, and minibar items
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
• Follow hygiene and safety standards
• Occasionally assist with laundry and inventory management

Skills and Qualifications

• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting
• Time management to complete tasks efficiently
• Reliability and honesty
• Customer service skills (especially in hotels)

Work Environment
