Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture and floors
- Replenish toiletries, towels, and minibar items
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
- Occasionally assist with laundry and inventory management
Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting
- Time management to complete tasks efficiently
- Reliability and honesty
- Customer service skills (especially in hotels)
