Position: General Cleaner

· Monthly Salary between AED 1000 - 1100 commensurate with experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Cleaner who is responsible for keeping offices, public areas neat and organized. Their main duties include sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting countertops, ceilings and furniture and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens or other public areas.

Requirements:

· 3-5 years local experience with a reputed company

· Innovative, Influencing and Interpersonal skills, Results driven. Communication in good manner with superiors and team member.

Job Description:

1. Site Awareness

Develop a general awareness of the premises under his responsibility and clear understating of the related cleaning scope of works and frequencies assigned.

Report any maintenance requirements
(such as light bulb replacement, leaking, etc.)

Report lost and found articles to the cleaning supervisor

Report any incident or accident in the works place

2. Workload Planning:

Perform all planned tasks for routine and periodic jobs as per the work schedule provided to you, and ensure all task performed in line with scheduled dates.

Perform the pro- active cleaning task and any emergency cleaning job as needed (e.g., clean after flooding).

Work additional hours/shifts as required.

3. Operations:

Carry out general cleaning works including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, garbage disposal, wall wash, polish, carpet shampooing, marble restoration, window cleaning, toilet cleaning, lifts, pantries, staircases, etc.

4. Customer Relations:

a. Implement customer service charter to ensure excellent customer service.

b. Take ownership and responsibility to carry out all cleaning works to a level that meets the clients’ and end-user expectations.

c. Communicate in a professional and timely manner with customers and staff.

Experience:

• cleaner / housekeeping: 3 years (Required)
