Cleaners (Facility Management)

Job Title: Cleaner (Facility Management) Location: Dubai, UAE (Assignments across residential, malls, commercial buildings, banks, and offices) Department: Operations / Facility Management Job Summary: The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across assigned facilities in Dubai. The role ensures a safe, clean, and professional environment in compliance with UAE health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, wash areas, and high-touch surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, offices, corridors, elevators, and common areas
• Empty waste bins and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
• Refill consumables such as soap, tissue, and sanitizers
• Clean glass panels, windows, and mirrors
• Operate cleaning equipment safely (e.g., vacuum, scrubbers, polishers)
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and checklists
• Comply with UAE hygiene, safety, and environmental standards
• Support periodic deep cleaning and special cleaning projects

Work Environment:

• Residential towers and apartments
• Shopping malls and retail outlets
• Commercial offices and business centers
• Banks and financial institutions
• Public and high-traffic areas

Qualifications:

• High school level or equivalent preferred
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (UAE experience is an advantage)
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Basic communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
• Teamwork and discipline

• Ability to work in different locations across Dubai

• Not more than 45 years old

Salary: AED1500 + Food Allowance + Accommodation + Visa + Ticket
