  • Make sure the office is clean from the start of office hours till the end of shift.
  • Keep and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen/pantry and the toilet.
  • Ensure the availability of all kitchen and toilet supplies at all times (i.e. soap, air freshener, tissue, coffee, tea, sugar, etc).
  • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
  • Maintain cleanliness of office equipment and furniture.
  • Making and serving tea and coffee to guests and managers.
  • Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
