• Perform routine, periodic, reactive, and weekly deep cleaning of all villa areas -basement, 1st and 2nd floors, roof area.
  
• Clean floors, ceilings, glass panels, windows, fixtures, and fittings.
  
• Maintain cleanliness of washrooms and replenish consumables -soap, tissues, etc.
  
• Handle waste collection and segregation as per standards.
  
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery efficiently.
  
• Use eco-friendly cleaning materials in compliance with local regulations.
  
• Respond promptly to emergency or urgent cleaning requests.
  
• Follow safety procedures, including proper chemical handling and storage -SDS, labeling, PPE.
  
• Ensure proper use of water, electricity, and company resources.
  
• Maintain a professional and hygienic work environment with minimal disruption.
  
• Work 12 hours daily and weekly one off day
  
• Report to supervisors and coordinate tasks effectively.
  
• Ensure all assigned areas meet high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  
• Should have experience in Routine Cleaning, Periodic Cleaning, Reactive Cleaning and Weekly Deep Cleaning
  
• Experience in equipment using like Floor Scrubbing Machine, Buffing Machine, Wet & Dry Vacuum Machine, Aluminium Scaffolding and 8 steps ladder, High Pressure Jet Washer, Protective PPE, Vacuum Cleaners with HEPA Filters and Safety Signs
