Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to keep all areas tidy and hygienic
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established protocols
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums.
• Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times during cleaning activities
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure environment
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned to uphold cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
• Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
• A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to contribute to a clean and safe environment
