Cleaning & Fabric Care Supervisor (Housekeeping Supervisor)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Fabric & Mattress Care Team Leader to oversee a small team responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining furniture and mattresses produced by our company.

This position combines the standards of hospitality cleaning excellence with the operational rhythm of a production environment.

The ideal candidate will come from a hotel housekeeping background and be experienced in managing cleaning staff, fabric care, and stain treatment — while being open to applying these skills in a professional production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train the cleaning team in proper handling, washing, and care of fabrics, upholstery, and mattresses.
• Inspect items before and after cleaning to ensure top-quality standards are maintained.
• Oversee stain removal, fabric protection, and hygiene processes.
• Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are properly used, maintained, and stored.
• Coordinate with production and quality control departments to schedule cleaning operations efficiently.
• Implement hygiene, safety, and quality procedures in the cleaning section.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning materials and request replenishment when needed.
• Support the development of new cleaning techniques or materials for fabric and mattress care.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader in a hotel or similar high-standard environment.
• Knowledge of fabric types, stain treatment, and upholstery cleaning methods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a small team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD260.000 - KD300.000 per month
