Cleaning Operations

West Acres mall is seeking an applicant to join our Cleaning Operations team. Receive competitive pay & a generous benefits package while working in a fun environment. This full time position pays $17.00/hour with typical hours being 11:30 am - 8:00 pm, including weekends. Core Functions

• Demonstrate a culture of customer service by interacting with customers, staff, mall tenants, and vendors in a friendly, engaging, respectful, and helpful manner
• Perform custodial duties, including but not limited to cleaning restrooms, floors, furniture, windows, varied surfaces, and decorative art
• Inspire a customer service oriented culture within the team by being visible and approachable

Qualifications and Requirements

• Friendly demeanor
• Basic knowledge of or ability to be trained on cleaning techniques
• Excellent listening and verbal skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions consistent with company values
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, carry and push up to 50 pounds, and walk for 100% of work shift
