The Role

We are seeking a part-time operations specialist to join our team in Ann Arbor. The successful candidate will contribute to both our cleaning and wastewater pumping operations to keep our bathrooms sparking and running smoothly.

• Start Date: April 1
• Available Shifts: Mornings starting 6am-8am + Afternoons starting 3pm-5pm (weekdays and weekends)

Essential functions

• Safely drives & operates our medium-duty (Ford F-550) pump truck to clean and remove wastewater from portable restrooms
• Has or is willing to get Chauffeur's License
• Keeps units clean, stocked, and well maintained
• Helps track, monitor, and organize inventory (cleaning supplies, tools, parts)
• Keeps vehicles and warehouse space clean and organized
• Diligently documents vehicle inspections and completed tasks
• Effectively communicates with local operations teammates

• You have experience safely operating larger vehicles
• You move quickly, but also carefully in a fast-paced environment
• You find satisfaction in making a bathroom sparkling clean ✨
• You're friendly when interacting with the public and people with diverse backgrounds, including people experiencing homelessness
• You arrive on time for all shifts
• You own a smart phone and are comfortable using multiple apps for daily communication and task management
