Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, windows, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents
• Ensure trash is collected, sorted, and disposed of properly in designated containers
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to maintain optimal hygiene standards
• Follow established safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency during all cleaning tasks to meet daily operational goals

Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety protocols
• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends as needed
