• COMPETITIVE PAY- we start at $15.50/hr, but you can be making $18+ within that same year- it all depends on how much effort you put in! We handsomely reward the employees who are doing a great job here. You do get **yearly 3% raises. But you also get a raise when you are trained in, promoted, or just plain working super hard and getting noticed. We're growing fast and have a ton of room for advancement and the pay increases go with it! The average employee receives 2-3 raises per year!
• MONTHLY MVP - you also have a shot to win $50 a month bc everyone votes for the monthly MVP here :)
• TIPS- y'all do amazing in this department. That adds up quick over the month! And over the holiday season you can expect to almost double this with cash and gifts from our amazing clients!
• NO WEEKENDS OR NIGHTS- that's right. We don't play that way. Your nights and weekends are YOU time, friend, and we intend to keep in that way.
• COMPANY CARS - you get to roll around in comfy and stylish, brand new Kias. Some company cars don't even have working heat & air, am i right?
