Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in residential homes and commercial buildings
• Clean floors and rooms, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and spot cleaning windows and glass
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, empty trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, walls, and floors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
• Wash, dry, and store linens as needed
• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow established cleaning checklist and guidelines
• Adhere to company standards to ensure high‑quality service
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and friendly attitude with customers and team members

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Education & Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Occasional early morning and/or weekends
• Flexible scheduling
• Service area includes Houston and all surrounding communities

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
