Position Overview

We are hiring for a detail-oriented cleaner to service a facility that supports children with developmental and learning disabilities. This role requires a higher level of attention to detail, consistency, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

General Cleaning Duties:

• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors
• Remove trash and restock supplies
• Follow structured cleaning checklists

Medical-Grade Cleaning Duties:

• Disinfect high-touch surfaces using EPA-registered products
• Sanitize toys, equipment, and sensory room materials
• Clean and disinfect respite rooms, including mattresses
• Follow proper dwell times and cleaning protocols

Requirements

• Must be reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow step-by-step cleaning systems
• Comfortable working in environments with children
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Must have transportation
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience
• Experience in medical or healthcare environments
