Cleaning Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor work performance.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Train and guide cleaning personnel on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Ensure the correct use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when required.
• Address customer complaints and service requests promptly.
• Prepare staff schedules, attendance records, and operational reports.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for cleaning staff.
• Ensure all cleaning activities are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
