Job Vacancy – Cleaning Supervisor (Female) with UAE Driving License
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for a Female Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, knowledge of cleaning procedures, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Requirements:

• Female candidate
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in UAE preferred
• Ability to supervise and train cleaning staffs
• Good communication skills (English required, Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
• Willing to work flexible shifts

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily cleaning operations at client sites
• Assign tasks and monitor staff performance
• Ensure cleaning standards and safety protocols are followed
• Maintain cleaning materials and equipment inventory
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
• Coordinate with clients and management for smooth operations
