Cleaning Supervisor (Female)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily cleaning activities within the hospital.
• Ensure all areas meet required hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Assign duties, monitor staff performance, and provide guidance when needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and report issues to management.
• Train staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain records related to attendance, supplies, and performance.

Requirements:

• Female candidate
• Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory role, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage teams and handle daily operational challenges.
• Good communication skills and able to speak English.
