Position: Cleaning Supervisor (Male)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage cleaning operations across assigned facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing supplies and equipment, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of cleaning staff across multiple sites.
• Develop work schedules, assign duties, and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Inspect and monitor cleaning results to guarantee compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members; manage disciplinary issues when necessary.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as required.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and serviced.
• Address client complaints or service issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Prepare reports on staff performance, cleaning standards, and incidents for management.
• Collaborate with other departments and contractors when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and health/safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead large teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call when needed.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, reporting).

Experience & Additional Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Must hold a valid Driving License.
• Experience managing teams of up to 100 staff.
• Male candidate preferred.
• Company will provide a car.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
