Cleaning Technician

Position Overview
The Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing residential and vacation rental cleanings in accordance with company standards and structured checklists. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistency across all assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential, deep, and turnover cleanings
• Follow detailed property specific checklists and service standards
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Ensure high touch surfaces, edges, and detail areas are properly addressed
• Restock and stage properties when applicable
• Submit required photos and completion reports
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Communicate effectively with team leads and management
• Arrive on time and complete scheduled assignments within designated timeframes

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to follow structured systems and instructions
• Reliable transportation required

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
